Kopa Shawl

Kopa Shawl was inspired by the Baltic Sea coastline – its sandy beaches, rolling dunes, a little bit cool sea, and beautiful natural surroundings. Designed to be both practical and versatile, this shawl can be worn as a head covering or shoulder wrap for sun protection, draped around you on cooler evenings, or styled as an unique accessory.

Kopa Shawl is worked from tip to tip with increases worked on RS rows. The scarf is knitted using larger needles than recommended for the yarn in order to create a light and airy fabric. Increases are made at the beginning of the RS row. There are two versions: one knitted in stockinette stitch and the other worked in a lace pattern. The edges of the scarf are finished with fringes.
